Our Story
Founded in 2015, The Ark School Langas began as a modest institution with just 35 students in temporary structures. What started as a vision to provide quality, affordable education to the Langas community has grown into one of Eldoret's premier CBC institutions.
Our founder, Mrs. Grace Wambui, a veteran educator with over 25 years of experience, recognized the need for a school that would focus on holistic child development while maintaining academic excellence. Today, we serve over 400 students from Pre-Primary through Junior Secondary levels.

Our Journey
2015: Humble Beginnings
The Ark School opens with 35 students in temporary structures, offering Pre-Primary and Lower Primary classes.
2017: Permanent Home
Construction completed on our current campus with 8 classrooms, administration block, and playground.
2019: First Graduating Class
Our pioneer Grade 6 class graduates with outstanding results in the national examinations.
2020: CBC Implementation
Full transition to CBC curriculum with all teachers receiving specialized training from KICD.
2022: Expansion
New Junior Secondary wing opens to accommodate Grade 7 students, marking our growth into secondary education.

Administrator
Skilled administrator with 15 years experience in school management and community relations.
Accreditation & Partnerships
The Ark School Langas is fully registered with the Ministry of Education (MOE) and all our teachers are certified by the Teachers Service Commission (TSC). We work closely with the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD) to ensure our CBC implementation meets national standards.
We partner with various organizations to enhance our programs, including UNICEF Kenya for child-friendly school initiatives and local businesses for career mentorship programs.
